About Us
During his years of practice, Nick has handled hundreds of personal injury and wrongful death cases, insurance claims and criminal defense matters. He is admitted to practice in both State and Federal Courts, including the Supreme Court of the United States. Nick is a member of the St. Petersburg Bar Association, The American Trial Lawyers Association and The Florida Trial Lawyers Association. Nick is dedicated to the practice of law. His experience in handling personal injury cases in the state of Florida makes him uniquely qualified to evaluate and litigate personal injury cases. Nick is married to Jill and has two beautiful daughters. He enjoys sports and is a loyal fan of the Tampa Bay sports franchises, including the Buccaneers, the Lightning and the Rays. |

Nick was born in 1963 in St. Petersburg and has lived in the Pinellas County area his entire life. A graduate of Clearwater Central High School, Nick went on to receive his college education at the University of Central Florida and received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science in 1985. Nick attended Stetson University College of Law in St. Petersburg and was awarded his Juris Doctor degree in 1989. Nick has his own firm in St. Petersburg.
