The Law Offices of Nicholas M. Athanason has been in existence for nearly 20 years. We have a dedicated staff who are experienced enough to handle the most complex cases, yet small enough to give each and every client the personalized service they deserve. Before Nick took over ownership of the firm, he practiced with his father, former attorney and judge, Michael Athanason.

Our firm handles matters throughout the entire Tampa Bay area in all areas of personal injury, including automobile accidents, motorcycle accidents, wrongful death, nursing home abuse, products liability, dog bites, slip and falls, and medical malpractice.
