Nicholas M. Athanason, Esquire

Nick was born in 1963 in St. Petersburg and has lived in the Pinellas County area his entire life. A graduate of Clearwater Central High School, Nick went on to receive his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science in 1985 from the University of Central Florida in Orlando. Nick attended Stetson University College of Law in St. Petersburg and was awarded his Juris Doctor degree in 1989. Nick has been practicing law with the firm ever since.

During his 25 years of practice, Nick has handled thousands of cases including personal injury and wrongful death cases, insurance claims, criminal defense, and family law matters. He is admitted to practice in both State and Federal Courts, including the Supreme Court of the United States.

Nick is a member of the St. Petersburg Bar Association, Florida Bar Association, Florida Justice Association, and the American Trial Lawyers Association. Nick has also written materials as well as lectured at several seminars put on by the National Business Institute for personal injury.

Nick is dedicated to the practice of law. His experience in handling personal injury cases makes him uniquely qualified to evaluate personal injury cases in the State of Florida.

Nick has a beautiful daughter who is a freshman at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, FL. He enjoys sports and is a loyal fan of Tampa Bay Sports franchises, including the Buccaneers, the Lightning, and the Rays.

Christopher Bolduc, Esquire

Christopher Bolduc attended the University of Central Florida where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies with a minor in Criminal Justice. After graduation, he worked at the Ninth Judicial Circuit Courthouse in Orange County, Florida, where he was employed with the Clerk of Courts. In 2010, Mr. Bolduc began law school at Stetson University where he earned his Juris Doctor. During his time at Stetson, Mr. Bolduc regularly volunteered at the Veteran's Law Institute, providing pro bono support to local veterans and their families throughout the Tampa Bay area. As a student, Mr. Bolduc clerked at the Law Offices of Nicholas Athanason, and since gaining membership to the Florida Bar he continues to provide legal service through diligence and candor as an associate attorney.
